Your Dashboard

The dashboard is your home base after signing in. It answers one question at a glance: what's happening with my email right now? This page tours the dashboard widgets, then points you to the main areas of the app.

At a glance

The top of the dashboard shows four stat cards:

StatWhat it means
Needs ActionEmails that look like they need a reply or action from you.
Awaiting ReplyEmails where you're waiting on someone else to respond.
Rules TriggeredHow many times your automations ran today.
Active RulesHow many of your rules are currently switched on.

The first two cards show a small sparkline — a recent trend line — so you can see whether a number is climbing or settling. Each card links straight to the matching view, so you can go from a number to the actual emails behind it in one click.

Needs Action and Awaiting Reply come from response tracking — see Response tracking.

AI insights

An AI Insights widget surfaces recent AI activity in your inbox. It's still rolling out — its toggle in Dashboard Preferences is currently marked Coming Soon — so it may not be available in your account yet. See AI Insights.

Recent activity

A running list of your most recent rule executions — which rule fired, on which email, and when. Use View all to open the full Rule Logs, where you can inspect or undo what a rule did.

Quick actions

Shortcut buttons for the things you do most:

  • View Inbox — open your mail.
  • Check Replies — jump to Needs Action and Awaiting Reply.
  • New Rule — start building an automation.

Make it yours

The dashboard is customizable. You can:

  • Show or hide each widget (stats, AI insights, recent activity, quick actions).
  • Choose a layout density — compact or comfortable.
  • Set an auto-refresh interval, which only refreshes while the tab is focused to save resources.

You'll find these under Preferences.
